Hi there! I’m looking for local friends so thought I’d go with a Denver-centric title. I actually only browse through the Westword (if I remember to pick it up) and been to Meow Wolf once, I'm a bad Denverite. I'm one of the lucky people who have the week off work so in between shopping for discounted holiday candy and trying to get seven versions of jingle bells out of my head I wanted to meet some new people. I’m not opposed to meeting those only interested in chatting online but my goal is to build up some friendships/community nearby. I’ve lived here about a year and have been unable to make connections that are beyond acquaintances. Who knows, if we get along maybe we can meet up in the new year.

I can be extroverted and introverted but it highly depends on the people I’m around. I read a lot, mostly news and non-fiction. My humor comes primarily from network sitcoms I’ve watched 1000 times. I describe myself as mostly an indoor cat as a lot of the things I enjoy are not outdoorsy. I do hike, bike, and kayak occasionally but max out at around 4 hours and need a break. I cook/bake almost everything you can think of and typically spend at least one day of the weekend cooking for the rest of the week. I’m a hobbyist photographer that mainly takes pictures to remember the places I’ve visited. My latest hobby is experimenting with tailoring my clothes, been buying things from thrift shops and trying to update my wardrobe.

Hoping to meet some people with similar interests or lifestyles to meet up with for a meal or catch up with once in a while.
