I want more friends/my therapist says I need more friends so here we are lmao. My past Reddit posts hadn’t done well because I just got a lot of people who were just completely incompatible with me so this will be a fairly long post (sorry) just to kinda describe who I am and what I’m looking for.

Im Star! Im 24 and I am a college student also working as a teaching assistant in biology. I have 7 lovely pets, 4 of which are special needs rescues and they’re my absolute babies. I also volunteer at a vegan animal sanctuary taking care of special needs animals. Have you figured out that I love animals?

I’m really looking for long term friends. Something consistent. Like, I wanna be your actual bestie and be there for you and have you be there for me n stuff.

I like doing arts and crafts, watching movies/YouTube/TikTok, and I occasionally play video games. Would always be down to play PlateUp or Escape Simulator with someone. I only have a PC, no PlayStation or Xbox or anything.

I have a lot of mental health issues that are fairly well managed by therapy and medication but it’s still something my partner will have to deal with. I struggle a lot with major depressive disorder, and I also have GAD and PTSD. I also have insomnia as well for a little spice.

I’ve been told I’m a super loving individual. With my good friends I love to (virtually) hug and cuddle. Im super into telling your friends you love them and just being each others support. Im in the CST timezone so hopefully you’ll be around there. I don’t have a car so I ain’t gonna be the one to drive to you.

I prefer to talk to people on discord. I have a snap but I rarely use it. I’m sure we could move to actual text messaging eventually.

I’m a bit introverted and anxious so I’m not a great talker at first but once I get comfortable with you I literally never shut up - my friends would vouch for that.
