I've been stressed with life and work. I'm trying to find more healthy ways to cope with all of it. I like to go to the gym or for a hike, but lately I haven't had the energy or motivation. I might try to do a workout from home. I also listen to music and write. There was a wonderful thunderstorm this morning, so I curled up and watched a movie. What should I do with rest of my day besides clean and eat pizza? I find that talking to someone new and making a friend helps. How do you unwind on the weekend after a stressful week?
