Hello there Reddit,

I've met some genuinely nice people here and always like to get to know somebody new so that has me coming back every once in a while. I work in engineering, some stuff involving manufacturing equipment for semiconductors. I have a very wide range of interests and I'm not a bad conversationalist, as long as you can carry about 20% of the conversation. ;)

I'm usually quite laidback and calm, but certain things will excite me and you will notice that for sure especially if we "click" so to say.

As far as my interests go: I'm interested in travel, fitness, hiking, camping, guitars, cars, history, gaming (PC), reading, movies, whisky, stoner/doom rock, would've probably been a gun nut if I was American.

I'd prefer it if you were close to my age and time zone (GMT 1), although that is not strictly necessary. I just find that it makes for more better chats on average. It can be a short term thing if you just want to chat for an hour or an afternoon or if you're looking for something a bit more regular. I usually prefer to text chat although we may also voice chat if we get along well. I mostly use Discord.
