Sometimes it feels like I'm too old for this place. Also that most people are here to find something much more than just a friend. When it's the latter, it's for the evening or a day or two. While that's not the worst thing, I personally prefer to get to know someone and have a long term kind of thing. That said, don't let that stop you from reaching out, should you feel like it and you are just out for something short term. :)

Well, to get into the post in itself... I'm Martin, a 34-year-old Swede. For the time being, I'm spending quite a lot of time at home, in front of the computer. In about a month, that'll change though, as I'm starting a new job. Would like to think of myself as a quite simple person to talk to, humorous, loyal, and honest. Maybe a bit too honest sometimes, with quite the hot takes, too.

Things I like are...
* Music - Mostly listening to it, but also collecting vinyl records, and going to shows.
* Gaming - Playing on PC, PlayStation 4, and Switch. Do also enjoy board games and card games. Playing mainly single player, story driven, games. Will also watch Twitch streams quite regularly.
* Sports - Predominantly enthusiastic about ice hockey, but otherwise it's that I also watch motorsport.
* TV shows and movies - All kinds in terms of genres (including anime), but right now, I'm watching Sweet Tooth, A Handmaid's Tale, Love is Blind Japan, and Attack on Titan.
* YouTube - Videos on technology, games, social commentary, skepticism, cars/racing, ice hockey, music, and other miscellaneous topics.
* Reading - For now, I don't really have the motivation to read, but it's something I do from time to time, and will buy a few new books pretty soon. Last I read was a book on Finland's history.
* Going to the gym - Something I do three times a week, where my favorite thing is running on the treadmill. Unfortunately, something I will have to stop soon. But hoping to get back to it in the future.
...among other things.
