I’m so damn tired of being broke. I’m 17, in high school, with no drivers licence (yet), and can’t hold a job (despite doing my best to be a good employee).
I have a girlfriend and we constantly fantasize about the day we can move out and sleep together every night. Her grandma was in the military and moved out at 18, she thinks I’m some useless slob.
I want to be a doctor, really badly, and not just for the money. The problem is, because of that, I won’t be making a decent wage until I’m ~30.
In the short term and the long term, I’m really worried about money. I trust that my girlfriend is loyal and loves me, but sometimes I feel like I’m disappointing her and her family.
I’ve tried every “get rich quick scheme” in the book. I’ve made a little bit of money, but it was nothing compared to an even a minimum wage job.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make decent money both short term and/or long term? Something that isn’t affiliate marketing, drop shipping, copywriting, etc.
In the short term I’d love to be able to take my girlfriend on more dates, buy a car, etc, maybe even move out. In the long term, I just want to comfortably survive undergrad and med school. I’m looking for ideas for both.
Genuinely really need advice here.
Non-college graduate here. Make well over that. College is bullshit.

Just putting anecdote against anecdote. See how pointless that is?
Gosh, you college grads are supposed to be so much smarter than this. 🎓
