I’m looking for an early-to-mid morning male workout partner, two to four mornings a week (at least twice during week, and one weekend morning, with an optional floating fourth depending on schedules).
I’m ideally searching for someone in Manhattan on Westside to avoid or reduce travel and timing issues.
I’ve had an at-home fitness buddy before and know how this works. I’ve mobile gym equipment for cardio, conditioning, and strengthening. I don’t have machines for those wanting to compete in Mr. Universe/bodybuilding.
This is for weight loss, tightening, and toning (runners or dancers). You’d bring your own exercise mat and arrive in workout gear.
We’d alternate walking, light jogging in Central Park and at my place for warmups before 45-60 structured routines. Warmup, workout, cooldown, and stretching. Post-workout guided meditation also available.
