What area are you in & what is the current rate of pay. I’m a multi-craft industrial maintenance tech & entry level techs are around $19 an hour & top out is around $32 .
Edit, I’m in the Nashville TN area & there’s a shortage of skilled trades & the overall unemployment rate is around 3%.
