Anyone else who got into this podcast while trying to lose weight?

Just curious. I've been trying to lose weight after I quit drinking, partially to be healthier but if I'm honest also because I was/am unhappy with the way my body looks. I really enjoy the podcast, apart from just being interesting I think it's helped me keep a realistic perspective and not buy into some of the more toxic aspects of "wellness culture". It does sometimes also feed into my own negative self-talk though, where I always kind of feel like I'm making bad choices no matter what I do.
