Need recipes for using a ton of deer meat that my husband shot
Post Body
We’ve got burger, roast, stew pieces, liver and heart. All the stuff here but I am not familiar with deer, however happy to learn. Would love some favorite recipes from other Mainers or just anyone with a decent palate.
Comments
I love making venison wraps.
It’s ground deer meat with onions and carrots.
Then you get a bunch of sides like pickled onions or daikon. Cilantro. Whatever you like.
Put it in lettuce cups and hit it with Gochujang and Ponzu.
