I got a speeding ticket hearing this week and I might get my license suspended for 15 days. The first speeding ticket was on 11/10/22 and I paid the fine in early December 2022. I was driving from work in York and I got pulled over by a cop and ended up getting another. I got a letter regarding the hearing a few weeks ago. Ik that if you get two tickets within one year you get your license suspended for 15 days. When they say within a year, do they mean when the first ticket got written or when the first ticket fine gets paid?
