Responsibilities

1. please help me keep my home cleaned and tidy with basic cleaning tasks. Its not a big house so once its cleaned thoroughly it wouldnt take long the next time for you to come and clean later on the during the week. Yes it is a twice a week job i am asking for.
2. I may need help with other things around the house such as a little gardening, laundry, a little help with washing my dog and car so im looking for someone who is flexible and open minded for these things. And of course ill add on to the pay for the initial job it self. So there is opportunity to make more than what i have listed.
3. I am looking for someone with a nice warm and caring attitude. Someone who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure im satisfied with what i will be offering. Not a requirement but is a plus* but someone who is also willing to listen and help me get through this troubling time i am going through which can be explained later on in the interview. And of course this will be added to the amount i offering for the initial cleaning of the household.
4. Dress code is completely your choice but i would prefer that t shirt and black leggings be worn so help ease any suspicions incase anything would go missing. Just a peace of mind thing but not mandatory.
5. I would like my house to be cleaned once on Friday and again on Tuesday. As to which times is open to your availability but i would prefer mornings or mid day. First two cleanings will pay 120.00 plus tip and any other help that is provided will be added on top of that and then once the house has a nice balance to when i wont need to be deep cleaned it will go to 100.00 plus tip. I will also provide you with lunch or breakfast and of course something to drink. I will also provide you with the cleaning supplies or reimburse you for the supplies you do bring yourself.

Qualifications

• Must be a person of detail and organization
• Must have experience and good knowledge as to what cleaning supplies are needed and properly used.
• Must be open to other tasks that dont involve cleaning the household Ex: going to the store, washing my car, helping with some yard work, laundry, etc.
• I do understand some Spanish and the translator app so Bi lingual or English is not a must. If you only speak spanish that is fine and maybe you could help teach me spanish as well.
• Must be friendly and good at voicing their opinions without coming off as mean. Warm and bubbly personalities is a must being i like to joke and laugh alot.
