Who do you think is the best Chief Minister for Maharashtra, considering all the parties, if we are aiming for stable governance?

In my opinion, it's Devendra Fadnavis. He is a really good administrator overall. If you look at Uddhav Thackeray, he only knows how to taunt other leaders, but he doesn’t seem to focus on actual work or talk about it. On the other hand, when it comes to Fadnavis, if you watch his interviews, he always has appropriate answers to all the questions. That’s why he used to accompany Eknath Shinde in interviews. If Shinde gets stuck, Fadnavis can step in and speak. He is a really, really good administrator and a knowledgeable person. People just don’t like him because of his caste.

The second is Raj Thackeray. He is also very knowledgeable. He has a vision for development, which often gets sidelined because of his regional politics. He stands for Marathi people and Marathi issues, which is a great thing but sometimes unnecessarily it goes to the extreme end like breaking the shops in the mall because it doesn't have names in Marathi but English. But except that he is also a good leader. Maybe Only the charismatic leader left in Maharashtra after Balasaheb.

Raj thackrey doesn't give a shit, as long as his property projects in South Bombay keep going on without too many notices from authorities.

UT and Penguin really lost me when they fucked up entire metro for a fucking carshed. News flash, if you would have cut down all the trees in Aarey, the metro would still save equivalent or even more CO2, NOx, SOx emissions from road transit being reduced. And these idiots protested against metro, which is for general populace, the middle class and slightly upper middle class, while pouring billions of dollars into coastal road which has caused massive mangrove lands to be reclaimed, causing Mumbai to lose a big chunk of the sea and a massive induced traffic at its entrances and exits without proper expansions at those points.

As for fadnavis and Shinde, they aren't ruthless enough to get shit done. If their parties come to power, or if BJP or Shinde's SS come to power single handedly, I want to see them use the vast state machinery that Maharashtra posses, to eliminate every and all senseless opposition to infrastructure development. This is not democratic, but really the only way to get shit done. Too much interference by Pawar, fuck around with sugar mills and cut Baramati's access to power and water. Too much interference in Mumbai and Pune by UT's SS? Stop property projects from Mahalaxmi to Matunga on the prepice of 5micromerer particle concentration too high, and see how soon the protests disappear.

Prithviran Chavan with a complete majority as CM and Milind Deora as deputy CM and infrastructure minister is what I want, and not from INC, but from a coalition of Shinde's SS and BJP.
