Hey r/Magicdeckbuilding,
I'm trying to put together a discard themed peasant deck with the main components being [[The Rack]] and [[Liliana's Caress]] and then stuffing it full of discard and maybe backing it up with burn. I'm not committed to RB, sort of considering mono B as well as UB. In its current form, it struggles with me and the opponent running out of cards and top decking as well as missing out on key components to make things click. The goal is to disrupt the early game strategies enough to survive aggro players in my local group's meta (turn two/three lethal) and then keep them from doing anything except loose life after.
If I keep the deck RB I'm not really sure what direction I'd take it in, and would need the most assistance with. If I go mono-B, I'd probably replace most of the R with rats with discard triggers or something else of that nature. If I go UB, would definitely be adding control into the line up. Regardless, I'm looking forward to and tips, critique, and feedback! Thanks in advance.
Here's a link to the mtggoldfish list I put together for it: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2887980#paper
