Could I get a second opinion on my Marchesa, The Black Rose deck? I am remaking it and looking for some help

Original deck was a Threaten deck. Take opponents creatures, give them a counter, kill the creature and 'keep' it forever (before anyone says it doesn't work, "return that card to the battlefield under YOUR control", just making note cause ALOT of people say it doesn't work like that). The deck used other peoples big creatures to go after the person with the highest life total and widdle everyone down. Main downside is there are decks in my play group/area that use spell heavy or combo like decks, thus having very little creatures for me to interact with (example are Narset, Nekuzar, Mizzix of the Izmagnus are some examples)

New deck idea: Focus more on my own graveyard. Marchesa specializes against board wipes, so it is hard to keep her and the team dead (if they got 1 counters ((YES! This DOES include herself in the recursion!))). The idea is to use cards like Exploit, Evoke and Graft to have Exploit/Evoke creatures ETB, stack the triggers in which i put a 1 counter on them and then chose to sac that creature (exploit creature to sac to itself) to trigger the effect, then bring it back and EITHER do it again or have a blocker. Obviously synergy with ETB and LTB effects as well.

Sorry if it seems i was rambling.

PS: I don't have enough for Scalding Tarn and perhaps some of the more expensive/better cards, but if it is fairly inexpensive I'd consider it.

TIA
