Need a little direction

Picture one and two are different strains so I figured they would look different but does the jars in the second picture seem grayish. Also it’s going on 5 weeks. Temp hasn’t been lower than 72 but trying to keep it higher seeing the slow growth. Always pf-tek and tried grain spawn this time. Any advice, how to fix/save.
