I’ve done microdosing before. Take a microdose now and then on an emotionally off day. Planning to take a 3.5g mushroom for therapeutic purposes. At my home comfortable and with eye shades and music. But I’m not sure if my ‘set’ right now is optimal. I got laid off a few months ago and having trouble finding another job so there’s anxiety and frustration for that. Moving back to my hometown with family for some time but I’m kinda excited about that and the possibility of meeting new people. But since I’m leaving my current city, there’s bitter sweet feelings regarding that.
My question is: is this a good enough ‘set’ to do a 3.5g trip on? Or should I wait till I’m more solid emotionally?
