Extremely worried. Cobweb or myc?

I absolutely despise being one of these people, as a new grower I’m worried about this being cobweb vs mycelium, considering these spots popped up so fast.(I’ve read cobweb will be noticeable and spread quickly) Low key panicking. I left my house for a day with the heating pad on low, then come back to water droplets on the substrate as well as grey spots. Excuse my camera, hopefully zooming in will help.
