We Probably Won't Get New 2-Color Starter Decks On September Due To No Rotation

I just realized this. Every rotation we get a new set of Starter Decks.
Since there's no reason to have them since cards in the Starter Deck aren't rotating we probably won't get new ones until next year... I do wonder how those will look like since I'm guessing it will have a bigger card pool to build themes off from.
