Is there a character you wish got more time in Mafia III or any of the mafia games

For me I wish it was Enzo Conti. Old school wiseguy who never really got to advance up the ladder above capo. Feel like they could’ve done more with his character. Different game but in Mafia II I wish Derek could’ve gotten more time. Sure he had a bigger role than Enzo did, and you get to kill him in the end, but I read somewhere that they were supposed to be side missions in the game initially for him that were cut. Wish those could’ve come to fruition.
