Open world games with mafia or crime setting?

I love games set in the 1900s with mafia or crime ties such as Mafia and LA Noire but I haven't been able to find any that are open world and/or done well. Basically like GTA or RDR2 but set in the 30s-50s. I love Mafia : Definitive edition but once it ends I'm left sad that there's not more to do.
Does anyone know of any games that exist that are like that or if there are any games that are in development for that time period or setting?
