Great for a grad student or UW employee as it's just a 5 minute walk to the Campus Drive pedestrian bridge, about a 10 minute walk to the hospital and there are multiple bus lines minutes away. Neighbors are super friendly, management is mostly hands off but will help with anything if you call. I will be leaving most of my furniture, my loss is your gain.
