Just a vent I guess

My hand hurts sooo badly!!!
In a dissociative, panicked haze yesterday I punched a picture in a frame with a glass front. I cut up my hand really badly when I did this resulting in pretty much cutting off the skin of one of my knuckles.
Since then it has not stopped bleeding because I have a bad habit of punching myself in the face, and, every time I do, it splits the healing skin of my knuckles.
Iām such a fucking idiot.
An idiot with bloody knuckles and a black eye.
