It feels like every little mistake I make is met with passive aggression or outright aggression from my family. I used the wrong plate? I'm fucking wasteful. I don't want to go swimming with my 7 year old cousin at 8:00 pm when its 50°F outside? I'm selfish and don't want to spend time with my family. I go to urgent care to get treated for a UTI shortly before a family gathering, and consequently might be late? I'm thoughtless and selfish.

I know that it's the holidays and everyone is really stressed out and stuff but it's been really upsetting me. It's usually like this to a degree, but it's been worse over the holidays.
