FYI for anyone that hasn't received their make right from the weekend yet

I just chatted with EA help and was told that "they're aware of this issue and to be patient. You should hopefully have them soon." Of course, I was not given any indication when "soon" might actually be. I'll probably try again if I haven't received them in another day or so.
Typical EA response, but wanted to mention in case anyone else was waiting for theirs...
