Cliffsnotes for coverages and routes?

Wondering if there's a 'cliffnotes' out there for Madden on what routes are better against which coverages and vice versa.
Relatively new to Madden since I'm a PC gamer and outside of the skills trainer (which has been somewhat helpful), I'm struggling with improving in the game and creating a scheme. I'm curious if anyone knows of a reference guide that essentially breaks down coverages and routes and the pros and cons so I can at least start from something with trying different schemes and formations.
