Recommendation on Coach / Jerseys / Stadium if not getting Madden as coach?

Started out with a Cardinals theme, but thinking now they are unlikely to get many further upgrades..
I primarily play in solos against cpu (not too good at H2H so I avoid it..), so trophies have been slow to accumulate. If I don't plan on getting Madden, and don't care about making a theme team, are there other coaches, jerseys or stadiums that give offensive / defensive chems and are worth it for boosting players stats?
