Team Diamonds sets possible on PC?

Any suggestions for completing the Team Diamonds sets on PC? I've had the game since September, but the furthest I've gotten on any one set is 15/30 on the cardinals.
I haven't been super religious about checking open slots on the auction house (usually turns up empty when I have looked), so other than just running through that list daily are there any other tips? Worth it to do an exchange set for golds maybe?
