I really wish EA knew how to make lineman block!
Post Body

I'm really sick of year after year only one or two basic defensive plays being called, cross fire and stacking the line with 7 guys from 3-4 and then blitzing a random amount of them. If you need to know how to beat that just use posts from pats playbook. There are too many outside quick reads and floods for the user to even try to cover it so beating these is not my problem.
I'm just sick of watching my 5 SP blocking lineman block the first 4 guys they see and then my running back just stare at Lane Johnson's ass while shazier runs in clean. The ball is always out of my hand before he gets there but how hard is it to scale down pass rushing awareness so that you can scale up pass blocking awareness and make the awareness stat as a whole be more than just a number. In general, it would just be nice to see some sort of penalty to the players for using the same play over and over.
There is no way if I watched the same dude do the same looping blitz 18 of the last 19 plays I wouldn't move in front of it. It's been 3 or 4 years of this same play in different formats. I'm not saying bring back the nano detection where a Blitzer just stands still for a play but improve some blocking mechanics instead of spending several months on celebrations that are cool but completely unnecessary.
