Missing Pro-Packs

So I bought a bundle off of my 360 and it went missing. This is the second time this has happened but I'm wondering if I'm the only one whose had this happen or it has happened before. I've been on xbox support for over an hour and gotten no where. I've also contacted EA but no response. Anyone have another suggestion or know how to bring resolution.

UPDATE: Just got an email from EA. Here it is below and I want to hear your thoughts on this.

"Hey Connor my name is Chad and I am a representative with EA Sport's Missing Items Team. I just granted your account 60,000 coins. That is 8 packs worth of coins from your missing (7) Pro Pack Bundle. I made sure to add an extra pack worth of coins for the inconvenience.
