After some years of absence from this game, I just returned when they added a huge clown and I still don't know why I didn't uninstall the game right away. But now we're here and there were made several changes since my last time around, for example boosts via the weight room.

I started trying it out a bit and also updated all of the boosts to 36 hours. I'm sitting at 11k weights right now, I'm just missing the coins to spend them all.

Can someone give my an explanation how the boosts work? Are they like for example 6% of my team overall or 6% of the position group I'm boosting? Are there some tips how to spend the boosts most efficiently?
