Question about playing players in franchise mode.

Got the game recently, decided to try something different and start a franchise using a player I made - a WR - but I’m still being asked to call the plays and even snap the ball. Is there a way to have the CPU call plays and snap? Because for the life of me I can’t help but call my number every play.
