What am I doing wrong on defense?

For whatever reason it doesn't matter if I use zone or man, use a blitz, anything I cannot stop the pass to save my life. I have Garrett, Bosa, Thomas, and Shelton and I can't get pressure on the QB at all and no matter what coverage the receivers are gonna get open on me eventually. I play on all-pro in franchise with friends and constantly I'm getting gashed. Is there any advice y'all can give me? I know about matching your formation to the amount of receivers on the field, etc.
