How do you even stop All-Madden on Madden 15?

It's too unrealistic... Playing on the 2021 season on CFM and I tried to have an all-madden season. However the opponents are too strong. I remember one play when the rb broke 5 tackles in the backfield then ran for the td. Absolutely ridiculous. At this rate I am gonna set many records on offense because I get the ball way too often(but I can usually outscore them so scores are always 50 for both teams).
Should i just go with sliders because this is too unreal...
