Sorry if this isn’t the right sub, I literally just started playing Madden again yesterday and cannot for the life of me connect to the EA server with my PS4.

I’ve made an account, verified the account, but when I click on connect to PlayStation network the site immediately gives me an error message.

I tried creating an EA account just through PlayStation as they told me to- automatic error again.

Every other platform opens up a log-in pop up and works perfectly (Xbox, Discord, Apple, Google…), but PlayStation always gives me an error message?

Does this mean the server is down? I’ve been waiting for 2 hours to talk to a representative on chat, watching and reading countless webpages- but none work because these PlayStation buttons seem to be broken?

Any advice helps!
