I’m a female in my early 40’s and this app only reduces my TDEE. I’m sitting at 1390 TDEE right now. I don’t think this is possible. I walked around 20 miles last week with running in there too. Is this an app for people who are weightlifting? I want to get back to that but it takes so much effort to accomplish for me. I’ve made no progress using this app for 8 months. It makes me think either I’m using it wrong or this is a body building app? It also makes me think the calorie database is off on many items. And the last thing is that I gain between 5-10 lbs of water weight because I have heavy painful periods. The app reduces my TDEE every month and it never recovers even when I eventually shed the water weight which takes another week. I’m considering switching apps. This is simply not a great app for me. I think I have given it an honest, good faith try and my review will reflect that.
