For the last couple of weeks I have been tracking my calories using a food scale, increasing my movement and becoming more consistent with weighing myself every morning. I have incorporated a 30 minute walk every morning M-Thurs, before I go into the office, running once a week on the treadmill Tues, and walking at minimum 8 miles a week with friends Thurs and Friday. Iām still maintaining my weight but my TDEE seems to be increasing. Iām hoping to continue this trend and am starting a strength training program soon. My daughter is also teaching me to swim properly with hopes that I can incorporate more swimming instead of running due to my current hip pain issues. I can see clearly that drinking is hindering my progress. This is difficult for me to cut out of my life, but I have been trying. I feel like I have given up so much already to lose 90lbs it seems unfair to continue taking away things that make my life fun.
