Post Body
I’ve seen some mixed stuff online, so was curious what u guys think! So let’s say standard amount of protein for dinner is 4-6 oz right- is that weight before or after cooking?
I tried to portion out stuff in the freezer to account for specific meals/days, but when I went to weigh it afterward I was off by a prettyyy large amt. makes sense, but genuinely didn’t think abt it
same question goes for veggies/carbs!
