Post Body

Hey all, for those who follow Jeff nippard (my guess is a decent amount of you), I got his essentials program and I noticed for the close grip push up the RPE is 10 but the reps say to failure. I was just curious if someone could differentiate RPE of 10 vs failure for me. I’ve spent days trying to figure it out!😅

Edit: I was recently under the impression that an RPE of 10 means no reps left in the tank and that was the last full rep you could’ve completed, and failure is just doing the last rep after RPE 10 where you fail
