Staying for a year.
Post Body

I've been at my job 6 months now and ever since my coworker became my supervisor it turned to hell. I used to love it but now it's just unbearable. I've talked to a lot of people about when I should leave and how and a few have said to stay for at least a year, but I just can't do that. I'm making $16/hr and doing all setups, programming, and operating 2-3 machines at a time and there just isn't anywhere for me to go forward in this company because of how the hierarchy is set up. It's gotten to the point where I dread going and I can't wait for the weekend. I've already made the decision to go back to school, but I want to know how bad it would be to not stay for a year.
