So I'm at work and we are having an issue programming a part on our 1996 okuma cadet cnc lathe. It keeps throwing an alarm B data word cirlcle Cal 3. I know this has to do with the arc tolerance but I can't seem how to adjust it to fix it.
The lines of code leading up to it are
N04 G97 S1100 M03 M08 N05 G90 G40 G95 T010101 N06 G97 S1200 N07 G00 X0.394 Z-0.02 N08 Z-1.2825 N09 X0.404 N10 G01 G42 Z-1.3827 F0.015 N11 G02 X0.394 Z -1.3953 K0.0139 I0.0128
It's erroring out on Line 11. If you guys have any insight that would be amazing.
I have tried changing the arcs to radius in G Wizards post program. It showed no errors when it ran and looked fine. Upload it to the lathe and error code.
