Cylinder head work

So I've been a machinist for almost 20 years now. The past year I've had a ton of people approach me about doing cylinder heads. I'm a car guy so it seems like a no brainer to go for it and make some extra cash. Has anyone else done this? If so what equipment did you use? I'm thinking some decent used equipment should be alright.
