Company’s providing training for Esprit. List recommendations please.
Post Body

I’ll be asking for thecamwizard’s millturn bundle. That seems to be the most common recommendation.

From there, do we have books or resources that you’d recommend?

I’m going to push for a machinists handbook or black book since I don’t have my own copy. But that’s a bit outside the scope of my question. Would take suggestions on alternatives that look specifically into feeds/speeds or gd&t.

Anything related to machining methods (lathe specific A , CNC specific A ); FANUC (we have so many control manuals. Might be unnecessary); etc.

If any of the insert/tooling manufacturers have good material I’d love to hear more about anything even remotely relevant.

Are there any good materials on macros; macro creation; subroutines; etc? I’d love to shovel my tailstock code off outside of the main program.

Is there any good material available through Udemy or another similar service? What about content creators on YouTube, or even better, Nebula? I’ve used Nebula for GD&T learning, yet there’s… potentially nobody making machining videos on there. Untapped market? But it’s so difficult to search for relevant YT informational videos while trying to escape the TITANS OF MACHINING bullshit in the way.

Anyways, thank you all. Gonna go bug some seniors about the same shit.
