Pro hats from places like Lids.com look amazing, but YouTube videos showcasing cheaper embroidery machines produce underwhelming results. Is a Tajima machine necessary for consistently high-quality top-end hat embroidery?
Good digitizing, proper hooping, and good quality hats.
I cringe a little when people bring me hats they found on Amazon for cheap- occasionally there will be some decent ones but most of them do not embroider nearly as nicely as the name brand hats like Yupoong, Flexfit, Richardson, New Era, etc.
But digitizing is absolutely the main thing that matters, in any embroidery but especially hats.
