For context I bought this machine to embroider my polo shirts but it has never been consistent enough for me to trust it to not mess up. I have been trying to fix it for. Months and when I finally thought something worked I started getting birds nests and to fix them I tried many things I saw online sand I even took apart the machine and put it back together. Now I am at the point where the machine won't even thread and I am at my wits end can someone help me PLEASE?
What kind of thread are you using? It definitely looks way too heavy to be embroidery thread which would explain the issues you’re having.
Are you certain? Did it work on this exact same design before? What does the label on the spool say? The only way I could see this thread embroidering well would be with low density designs.
This is what embroidery thread looks like, it’s a fine thread, usually a 40wt. I’m wondering if maybe you have some burmilana thread here, which is a heavier thread used for some more specialty purposes but it has to be digitized for properly (at much lower densities).

Didn’t answer my question though, did it work on this exact design or a different design? If this is a denser design then digitizing can very well be your issue.
30wt would be normal sewing thread, not embroidery thread. It came with your machine because that model does both normal sewing and embroidery. Get some 40wt thread and you’ll probably find it sews out fine. Sometimes sewing thread can work ok for embroidery but it’s really not meant for it and can absolutely cause these issues.
