The files/font may NOT be digitized for embroidery.

I found a font I want to use in my logo redesign and for my branding. The website says:
- Files are in zip files and need to be unzipped.
- It can be used in an unlimited number. The commercial license is for a lifetime.
- It can be used commercially for digital projects as long as the files are not editable (must be vectorized)
- Files cannot be shared, copied, resold, distributed in its original format in any way.
- The files/font may NOT be digitized for embroidery.
I'm sorry if this is obvious but does this mean it's not possible to use in embroidery or it is possible but not allowed?

They’re likely saying that you are not permitted to digitize it into an embroidery font to distribute.
