Charging errors

I am using a JuiceBox to charge my new 2022 MachE GT Premium and it keeps not charging past about 70%, with the app giving me a ‘charging error’. Admittedly the charging box is 5-6 years old but it was working perfectly in my Mini Cooper SE which I just used as downpayment. Pic of box attached. Any ideas why this might be happening?
