Why does ford pass says it's charging at 8kw but juice box app says 9kw

It did in the beginning, called customer service, and they said everything looked good. It turned out it was my modem that needed to be changed.

I rent the one from xfinity/comcast, so i just went and changed it for a new one. My juice box stays connected all the time now.
