So I finally made it to the Mach e family. So long story short I just bought this vehicle on the 11th of June. On the 15th of June I opened my frunk for the first time and noticed that the sealant/paint has a crack in it. I took it back to the dealership on the 25th of June and it sat there all day with no work being done to it. Then when I went to go get it, I was told to bring it back next Tuesday and they will look at it again. I told them that it’s unacceptable for a brand new car to be having paint falling off like this. The option they gave me was to pay to get it repaired since I didn’t open the frunk when I purchased the vehicle. They also ghosted me for about 3-5 days before they replied which was past the time to return it for another one.
