Hi all. My Mach E lease covers the dreaded front camera issue for up to 36K (or 40k?), but the dealer canceled my service appointment to get it looked at/fixed. They said they would call me back, which they did, BUT the mileage exceeded the warranty limit (yes, it took that long for a spot to open up). Took it and they said they’d have to charge me for the diagnostic and any subsequent repairs. I explained the situation and they said they couldn’t help me since I exceeded the warranty, even though THEY canceled on me. Any ideas of how to proceed and get them to recognize that I’m only in this predicament because of their actions! Thank you!
